The old people with lots of medical conditions decompensate and die very quickly, as in 1-3 days. Other people it varies, some can be discharged right from ED, some take a turn for worse requiring admission, with a small group of that requiring ICU treatmebnt
Doesnt sound like it, try some conservative treatment with nyquil/dayquil and see if the sinus symptoms improve. Corona doesnt usually present that way. if no fever or shortness of breath would recommend taking it easy and avoiding ED unless things get worse.

get a pulse ox if possible, track o2 sat, if falls around 90 or lower than ED immediately. otherwise check temp twice daily, if 101 or higher, recommend you get tested.
