I have every intention of paying my rent on time, I've never once been late before. But any time there's a problem, my landlord drags their fucking feet and finds the cheapest possible way to fix things. It pisses me off. If I didn't like my neighborhood I'd move out as soon as my lease is up.

This is a two way issue. The landlords should be talking to their lenders about potential loss of income and negotiating payments until this blows over.
The tenant shouldn't be living on peanuts after rent/bills maintenance, ideally you all should have some savings as a backup.
