There will be a rationing of bandwidth per household coming in later this week, access to many sites and services will be denied.
Gaming and video streaming will be severely curtailed, Youtube will be lowering resolutions and thousands of uploads will be effectively off limits. This is a big step, they are talking about allowing only government websites, those directly connected to the health service and some retailers will remain accessible.
EXPECT OCCASIONAL COMPLETE INTERNET BLACKOUTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. They are going to shut all access to the internet down for limited periods in selected areas.
