Hitler only wanted Germanic nations (excluding the UK who he wanted as a naval ally) and the only nation on his hit list with a big colonial empire was the Netherlands. Infact when he was forced to invade France he left the colonial administration to the Vichy Government.

The only indepedent country in Africa at the time was Liberia and it joined after Pearl Harbour. Hitler didn't declare war on it.
In West Asia he actually had an ally, Iraq, which was invaded by the UK for fears that the new nationalist government would be helping Germany with oil.

You're going to be disappointed. It essentially turns Europe into a similar super state as America, and it would go through a similar cultural process. The children of the war generation will become humanitarian and universal after living in such a victorious state and not undertaking the struggles that achieved it. There will be a disastrously costly colonial war in some distant tribute state that will come some time in the 60s or 70s, and emerging technology will make the direct cost more visible than ever before. It would eventually become disillusioned with it's original spiritual sense of grandeur and manifest destiny and become materialistic, hedonistic, nihilistic and bored with itself just like America
