The system of renting out land is evil, and all scholars and philosophers recognized it. It pre-modern times the land owners were the aristocracy who got their land from conquest, and rented the land out equal to sometimes all of a worker's wages, while the nobility had soldiers who would force payment. There is no moral right to land that you don't live and work on. Classical liberals saw land ownership as earned by infusing your labout into the land, but such notions have been skewed by Ancaps to make moral claims on immoral practices.

The issue isn't private citizens who have two or three homes. The problem we have is massive developers knocking down neighborhoods and building house projects where they used to stand. Massive condo and townhouse developments with dedicated Section 8 units. The rent question is primarily only a problem in highly urbanized areas. Urbanization in general is what we need to address independently from the JQ and other racial issues. The concept of high population density cities needs to be done away with. Residential, commercial, and industrial zoning should never overlap. These things should be kept at as great of a distance from one another as possible.
