None of those are reasons why they aren't parasites, people in the economy that eat and don't work. They are just reasons of how they got there, and point to things you could change maybe. Not the inheriting hard work, but the allowing people to rent and... idk, I haven't brought a point from here on, a point in how to make renting better.
Prove landlords aren't parasites
.30-06 is my counter proposal
Are you a parasite if you loan your car to someone for a monthly fee?
Are you a parasite if you loan your Nintendo Wii to someone for a monthly fee?
You seem to think that somehow buildings and land are not property, and cannot be used by their owners as they see fit.
Imagine thinking that it's not ok to work hard to leave your children a good life.
What you are proposing is to eliminate inheritance, which eliminates any incentive to even work hard for your children.
Leftist policies destroy the human spirit, and destroy productivity.
Productivity isn't the issue when it has consistently risen since 1972 but wages have not.
If "how they see fit" is the extraction of wealth from another class, then by all means, don't let them do what they want with it.
Are you a parasite if you loan your car to someone for a monthly fee?
It's subversive when you lobby for no other cars but yours to exist in the area.
Does buying cars and inflating the market, making it much more expensive for others to buy them rather than rent, and then loaning them out at exorbitant prices and living off this (not contributing anything productive to society) make you a parasite? The real estate market is not the car market.

that's anti-competitive and anti-capitalist
