Retard the Federal Reserve creates the money via debt issuance which they just make up. Tax dollars don’t go into it. Excessive printing would cause hyperinflation, and be a form of tax, but since our system uses debt as money there will be deflation as the asset markets have already been hyper inflated and they cannot issue enough debt to make up for how high asset markets have been pumped up.
