I am an introvert that can be extroverted if I need to but I honestly just get bored when I’m not doing my own thing. Like yeah I love my family but I’m just bored if I can’t be reading something or playing some strategy game or designing something while I’m chilling. Though I worry I’m simply overstimulated and need to learn to not do two things at once to not be bored.
