If I went to the doctor now, I would be put on immunosuppressives. Picture me going to the doctor under the current circumstances, private or public sector. I also got Crohn's. I'm guessing you're on Azathioprine? I have the highest metabolism for that stuff they've got on record in the UK which means I have to take a shit load of it. They stopped me taking it back at the start of February so my immune system could somewhat recover (unfortunately for me this is going to take several months to go back to full strength). Call your Dr and see if you can come off the immunosuppressors for now and see if they'll put you on Mesalazine (if you're not already on it) to keep the symptoms at bay.

Was on 500mg a day, and I've also been expecting a flare up since coming off it, but no issues so far beyond so minor symptoms. They had me step down to zero (450mg 400mg etc) and at the same time boosted my mesalazine from 2g to 4g a day.
