Well, this is pol, so you should already know the answer is jews. And seriously, that is a massive share, but I think a great deal of it is modernity and its allure. Worship of false gods. If you live in shithole pakistan, the center of your community life is still the mosque and its associated activities. Like how in frontier America new communities built a church or faith meeting hall as their first collective project.
