I used to be a compliance office for the regulator who regulated vocational education and training. Our entire system is underpinned by the massive importation of overseas students who simply arrive here to obtain a migration outcome. Alot of these schools are owned by chinks and I used to lobby my manager to conduct unannounced site visits on these providers so I could obtain evidence of egregious assessment practices and behaviours so we could shut them down.

This tends to be perceived as "intelligence" in academia because you're all basically learning from a fixed curriculum based on established facts and theories and tested based on how well you regurgitate what you learned during exams. Where they fail is real world applications, which is why they usually get busted for cheating on a term project/thesis paper and make terrible R&D engineers.
I used to do the same. Used to accuse non-white students of sexually harassing white students, accused their parents of bribery and other shit (which most of them actually did it so I applied it to all of them). It solved most problems they presented because it eventuated in them leaving the institution and not coming back.

I intentionally made the chinks we interviewed trip up by dominating them socially and linguistically, making them nervous, then making them second guess their mathematical solutions to the engineering problems we gave them. After the interviews I’d pull people aside making sure to highlight the awkwardness and grow it in my colleagues mind so they’d become biased to the candidate, thus ensuring they’d never get hired.

We had a couple electrical engineering grads working in a semiconductor fabrication lab. One part of the process involves cleaning the semi conductor wafer by using a series of chemicals to remove all the organic and inorganic material. one of those chemicals is something call PIRANHA solution. Basically it has a lot of sulfuric acid in it. they are supposed to put the wafer in the solution, remove it, dry it with nitrogen, and then into acetone. These dumb motherfuckers mixed the acetone and solution together, and for non chem guys acetone and sulfuric acid basically explode when mixed. The hood exploded. no one was hurt
however, the students were 4 Iranian kids on visas. The fucking FBI came and questioned them because they heard they were involved in the mini kind of an explosion and that they were also iranian.
