I am terrified of the virus

The virus is a hoax perpetuated by the Chinese. They knew this was nothing more than a normal flu virus, but played the west for fools by "hiding the truth". They let the west fearmonger themselves, and even shut down the country for a few weeks to continue the ruse. This caused the rest of the world to shut down while China operates at full force, becoming even more of a world power. Right now satellite imagery shows the chinese military mobilizing, preparing to attack while the rest of the world cowers in the basement. When this is all done and China writes the history books, it will say we only survived due to China enforcing their virus protection measurements on the rest of us, protecting us from the evil US labs which created it.

I started making this exact thread several weeks ago. I did not save any data, but I can give you a jist of the serious replies.
People 18-29 were not worried, for the most part. ppl 30+ actually gave good answers, and were by far more concerned.

Quit my job temporarily to reduce the chance of bringing something home to the three high risk family members I live with, and trying my best to reduce exposure in general, at least until we have effective treatments and doctors competent with treating the infection.
It'd be nice if everyone could take something good from this mess after it's all over.
