I too had some persistant shit over my head for over 3-4 weeks now. Slightly sore throat for the majority of the time and had around 4-5 days tops of days with fever. Fever days were far between and scattered across those weeks which is the weirdest part. Also during fever days I felt like shit as if I was in the early stages of a flu but it never got to that point. The next days I was feeling fine.

They tested for flu A/B and was negative. The doc did xray, CT scan, blood tests, urine tests, and literally said, "could be something viral idk". This was mid-late Feb.

A few months ago (well before Coronavirus) I started to freak out about the idea that there was something wrong with me. I pulled a muscle in my chest and then made the mistake of reading about symptoms of heart problems. Pretty soon I had shortness of breath, pain in an arm, weird pressure in my chest, and an elevated heart rate. I ended up having a couple of panic attacks (very fast heart rate and feeling of impending doom lasting for a few minutes until I calmed down). I thought I was going to die soon for sure. Then I just stopped thinking about all of it for a few weeks and realized that all of my symptoms went away entirely. It's amazing the sensations your body can produce if you give it the right suggestions. Try spending less time thinking about this stuff and get your mind on something else. Not guaranteed to help, but could.

Weird shit happened to me about 7 or 8 days ago. Had a fever of 38C and uncontrollable shakes. Have since had the fever coming and going pretty much every night since, but no shakes. I don't have any kind of cough, though, just a slightly heavy chest (though this is pretty much the standard for me anyways since I was a smoker up until a few months ago).
