It almost ended there with both of them just walking away. However, as the officer started to drive off a few minutes later, Owens is accused of throwing rocks at Sgt. Pitzer’s patrol car.
With that, the officer let Owens know he was being arrested."
So a teen comes up to an officer to ask for a ride home and instead the officer arrests him. Who knows why the teen asked for the ride, maybe he felt he was in danger. This country is a freakin police state.

Another reason why growing up in a small town is so much better than huge cities. When I was maybe 12 two friends and I were throwing snowballs at cars at dusk from behind big bushes. We hit an unmarked police car and he just got out, told us not to do it anymore and to go back to my friends house. In a city we probably would have gotten shot and the cop would get away with it.

I had no GPS. I traveled through Ohio. Some asshole trucker, probably on drugs, hit my car. I was already lost. This made my day worse. I stopped to ask for directions at a gas station. They called the cops on me. I'm white, they were white. I literally did nothing other than walk in and explain that I'd just been hit by a trucker and need directions to the Ohio/Pennsylvania Turnpike so I could reach my destination safely. With all the road construction going on and all the detours I kept getting turned around. All the while some dipshit customer kept asking me if I was diabetic, which just made him seem like a druggie looking for needles. Anyway, cop shows up and does his boss hog routine and tells me to leave or he's going to arrest me (he had nothing to arrest me for, he was just being a stupid, fat dick). I ask him if he could lead me to the turnpike. Dumb fuck pig puts his hand on his gun and threatens to arrest me if I don't leave. So...I leave. I was polite. I wasn't mouthy or rude. Anyway, I end up stopping at a post office to get my bearings. Some nice old lady is nice enough to give me directions. I thank her and find my destination. Fuck Ohio. Fuck Ohio pigs. Thank god for nice old ladies who aren't absolute shitheads.
