Not even "Protect Jew". He saw firsthand how the Wehrmacht was loosing more and more ground and how politicians forces generals to make stupid decisions.
He realized a total failure was imminent and that Hitler would never sue for peace. He concluded killing Hitler and suing for Peace in the summer of 1944 would save GERMAN lives and let us keep more of our territory.

By 1944, it was almost certain that the war would be lost. The only reason why they had not surrendered yet was because Hitler was brainlet who was delusional in his own ability and thought he was God-like. Stauffenberg thought that if Germany would surrender now, it would be better.
If Germany had not lost so much territory yet, they would have more leverage over the allies

But what if they surrender to the western allies only, and give up France and all their western/northern conquests without a fight? At that point the allies no longer need Stalin to keep pressure on the Reich from the east, and I’m pretty sure they were ready to fuck the Russians over anyway given the opportunity.

He participated in the Invasion Poland, Operation Barbarossa and later in Tunisia under Rommel.
Especially Barbarossa (eastern front) was far more brutal than western front. So read up on that.
Splitting the Army to go for Moskau, Ptersburg and Stalingrad for the same time was militarily aslo stupid. So read up on this operation.

Germany today loves Stauffenberg as some sort of liberal hero while ignoring his letters home saying Poles and slavs only deserve to live under the lash.

And that's if they would even accept the peace offers.

The reich would probably lose France but at least more soldiers and civilians would be killled. Germany would also retain most of it infrastructure and be able to bounce back from the war.

While it illustrates it good for, Nero decree happened in March 1945.

Perhaps keeping some parts of Poland.
Society: Still militarized. Definietly no return to democracy. Perhaps constitutional monarchy, perhaps something closer to Francoism. He would definitely not have allowed the subversion we see today.

Nope. Scandis and germans(among others) often has a surname based on where their ancestor(s) recided, often after a farm. Many of this places enda with - Berg because it was on or near a hill. Greta Thunberg and Felix Kjellberg are two swedish examples with surnames based on a place.
