4.5mm (.177) pellet from a decent airrifle ought to do it.. Larger caliber (5.5mm/6.35mm - .22/.25) would have more potential for breaking stuff, but you'd have to be much closer to it (or get an exponentially more powerful rifle, like a PCP-airgun or something).

I've seen this shit too in Belgrade, the exact same antenna. From what I've read, they need a station/antenna on every 50 metres, because its waves can't pass long distance
