Ammo Situation

I only have ten shells of 00 buck, three of which are loaded in the magazine tube of my Winchester. I'm not too worried about running out. If things get bad enough where someone breaks in to loot and I have to shoot them I'll immediately just drive up north to my parents farm. They have tons of ammo.

Central FL here. You can find a few things but the popular calibers are gone. I'm pissed off because tomorrow was supposed to be my range day and instead I'm saving the ammo I had because I have no idea when I might be able to restock. I put up with Sandy Hook and all these other shootings and it's a fucking bug that puts ammo availability on indefinite hiatus.

I looked around today locally in AZ and online. Everywhere is empty or close to it. Prices of existing ammo is sky high. I'm good though. Been stocked up for a decade. I sleep with my xd9, but I'm about to sleep with my AR soon.

Same in central Florida, in the Avon Park/Sebring/Lake Placid region. Popular calibers got snapped up, if you didn't have your stockpile of 5.56, 7.62, 9mm, .45, and .40 squared away then you're pretty much fucked now. I can't help but imagine it's the same in Lakeland/Bartow/Winter Haven, though I'd have to call some friends and ask to know for sure.

Haven't bought ammo in 5 years; went to look online for akm food pellets. Going to return to my other hobby of pissing up a rope, might have better luck there.

I was gonna go hunting Lake Placid in a few weeks but I don't have any good hog ammo. Just tula fodder for blasting targets. Here's hoping our swampland paradise is blessed with ammo soon.

Tucson user reporting in, I went to 3 gun shops today. All three of them were out of 9mm, 45, 223, 7.62x39. I only wanted to see things for myself and wanted to get more 30-06 ammo for my M1 since I cant get anymore online. The sportsman's warehouse down the road from me is out of ammo and guns.

I feel you there. I'm genuinely scared about lights out. Between my family we've filled 3 chest freezers with good meat for this pending apocalypse. We've got a generator and about a month worth of propane so any longer than that and I'm fucked out of about a g note.

Most people I know have at least a few thousand rounds. I have around 14,000 rounds. The stores have their normal stock of ammo. Same as it's been for a few years.
