Unknown, but likely no. If it does, it's locked down tight. It's claimed to exist on the darknet to which I call BS. If it was out there, it would have appeared on the clearnet by now in some shape or form, even just screenshots with the victim blurred out. There HAVE been screenshots posted before, but they could be of literally anything, don't show a victim/gore and don't show Clinton.
In conclusion, the original source was very likely shitposting and the story got a life of its own as it traveled down the grapevine.

I've lived long enough to be able to say that nothing would surprise me anymore. So as for the video, I wouldn't say outright that it doesn't exist, just that there's no conclusive evidence/proof and that, personally, I think it's a fake story that started as a shitpost.
I base that off the fact that I've, twice now, made shit up that sounded convincing enough that it was reposted and reported on, especially one of them of which is still talked about both here, in conspiracy circles, and was big enough that it has been referenced and "debunked" by Snopes and a bunch of other mainstream sites. And it's complete bullshit, yet people still believe it no matter the evidence to the contrary. So, meh.
