My neighbor is pretty sure she had got it.
She is 30+ something and a heavy smoker.
Diarrhea for 2 days. sweating and freezing, light fever, nasty coofin. Overall lasted a week. The doctor told her that she wont get a test because she was already over the symptoms and they rather not waste them.
She is fine now.

If the symptoms subside you can count 5-7 days and if they don't come back you should have such a low virus load that you can't infect another person easily.

That means that there are tons more of infected, that don't have dangerous symptoms who get not counted as infected, because they where not tested - on the flip-side, they don't show up on the list of the recovered either.

According to our media, the counting is done differently here compared to Italy. If someone had a pre-existing condition with a bad prognosis, e.g. lung cancer, than the patient's death won't be attributed to Corona, since he probably would have died within the next months anyway.
In Italy everyone who dies while being infected with Corona will end up in the official stastic, regardless of the presence of any other lethal pre-exisiting condition. I also read that they test people for Corona post mortem in Italy, while there supposedly is no such policy in Germany.
