Previous thread: Due to the nature of Chinese telecoms, your national ID is bound to your mobile number account, which is in turn bound to your Alipay account, the one-stop mobile app that manages all monetary transactions, including banking.
If you lose it you lose access to Alipay, which is basically how the Chinese pay for everything from chewing gum to haircuts to groceries.
People don't just cancel their phone numbers because of that. Even if you change your mobile phone number it's a hassle in Mainland China because of that.
When phone number accounts are not paid for a certain period, or if some other actor (relatives? gov?) shut down your personal account related to the country's database, the mobile phone accounts are automatically cancelled.
Here we see a drastic drop in mobile accounts in all major Chinese telecoms. China Mobile alone reports a disappearance of 7 million and 254 thousand. The actual number of coronavirus deaths may be up to 14,472,000 if we take the three major telecoms in China.
Anons from the previous thread raised the issue of multiple SIMs owned by a single person. Whilst that may be the case for business or other reasons, it still doesn't explain the anomaly here.
Several question remains: 1. This isn't conclusive at all, but it's certainly an anomaly. Could other data support this population drop hypothesis? (Electricity usage? Water? Etc.?) 2. Why are there so many meme flags on Yas Forums defending China?
I agree, I believe that if there is a way to get water usage data in Wuhan then we can estimate the number of fatalities.
Water usage will be more useful than electricity usage due to the fact that electricity usage since it wouldn't be unreasonable to assume that electricity would go up due to people staying at home. So these results wouldn't necessarily correlate with potential fatalities to the same degree as water usage.

If you're going to do this you need to have a baseline that averages most of last year as well as averages the same time period of this outbreak, a year prior.
CCP defense ops, also literal discord commies trying to run retarded ops
Connor Wilson
Thanks. I need to shower and then go to bed soon. It's 2:30 am for crying out loud.
Kevin Robinson
Everyone please remain calm and ignore this thread
There is no cause for panic
The Chinese government has been swift and effective in eradicating this virus, unlike western imbeciles.
Ryder Cruz
bump for the truth
Jaxson Long
Listen here Jack, I'm gonna set you straight. I'll only say this once so listen up, Fats. This virus isn't going anywhere. Let me repeat myself, this virus isn't going anywhere. Back in my day we didn't call it covid whatever; we called it the "Shanghai Shivers". OK, here's the deal, Slick. I used to know a guy, went by the name Cornflake Jackson. Ol' Cornflake used to play guitar down at the pool hall. He caught the Shanghai Shivers one year and let me tell you, if Cornflake Jackson says, "It ain't no thang" you can take that to the bank, Bucko. That's how I know you're full of shit. I'd punch your daughter straight in the mouth.
>2. Why are there so many meme flags on Yas Forums defending China? Because China still has over a billion people. They can afford to send a few to Yas Forums to try and convince us that everything is hunky-dory in China.
Jaxson Price
Nice
Blake Jones
kek, stupid thing is you are not even larping. To anyone from the west your dumb little post confirms your panic and lack of understanding western communication standards.
You have been found out guy.
John Evans
It's clear the world will one day find out that 8 million communist Chinese were killed by their own government. EU will suffer a same fate soon. Their numbers are growing out of control. Us I dont think will be so high.
Ryder Ross
Because Yas Forums doesn't have their "approved" guidelines and moderators that ban people for wrongthink, or hide inconvenient posts under "deboosting" and similar measures. This is a free for all as long as you're not off-topic/spamming. This is one of the few large places where inconvenient facts rear their ugly head.
Christopher Anderson
good work, holy shit
Parker Walker
Your command of the english language went from pretty good to chinaman tier, larper
user back in February there were reports stating that a way CCP was artificially keeping the numbers down was by putting cause of death on patients charts as "severe pnueomonia". Is there any way of accessing medical records from Wuhan? It would be interesting to compare the number of "pnueomonia" deaths with the drop in phone number usage.
that is really interesting and disturbing >14,472,000 question, can one ID have more then one mobile number account ? Is it typical for Chinese people to own more then one phone and more then one alipay account ?
Ryan Young
That was really smart to think about that, nice user
William Watson
>Us I dont think will be so high. you are basing that on ?
Levi Reed
Extremely solid proof. Fucking China Liede and plenty of people died. They don't care about fucking numbers, they were just looking out to save face and keep slave labor operative.
Owen Lopez
>Is there any way of accessing medical records from Wuhan? I'm afraid there isn't. Anything condemning would have been destroyed by now, I think.
Brody Ramirez
>china is lying any stats about Recovery to Death ratio excluding China ? cant find any
Eli Young
Hey HKAnon, I'm from the previous thread. HK and Ph share the same timezone. Please be careful, user :( The Chinese gov't is trying to screw us over. They need to burn like what they did to their people. The CCP must die a horrible death.
Angel Rogers
The Chinese government handled it better because authoritarianism and Chinese IQ is better.
Please stop spreading rumors.
Brayden Stewart
Even if only 10% of those are actual deaths, that's still a million dead commies.
Nathan Lewis
people could be dying from the fallout of the virus and not actually being infected.
Justin Jenkins
Great research, worthy of a bump. Treat yourself to a whore tonight for your good work.
Owen Hughes
Fuck you tencent shill, shouldn't you be slathering honey on Xinnie the Pooh's dick right now?
Juan Harris
Hey there Philippines bro In an ideal world, China is burnt into ashes to be spread in the wind, like Jews. You stay strong and be careful too.
Robert Butler
Even if they have an average of multiple phones each, it's millions of deaths.
Luis Roberts
>millions got cut off because they didn't pay the bill since they were getting CORONAD >they're all dead Idiot
Elijah Allen
Zach is a gay nigger
Oliver Perez
>March 18th >20+ people standing outside ONE clinic with coronavirus symptoms >reported new cases in the entire billion person country is under 20 What did China mean by this?
Jack Morgan
What you mean?
Grayson Evans
I think they might have just grabbed dissidents and it's not even about the virus
Benjamin Johnson
Could you get the numbers of Alipay in china directly?
Nathan Richardson
>water or energy Possibly but I think your best bet would be to look at the popular online media and see if subscriptions have been canceled. Not sure what they are over there but I'm talking like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, or Hulu.
You may have an easier time corroborating the cell sub losses data point with those numbers.
>the CCP is capable of global manipulation, mass murder, full totalitarian control and has complete control over the media >but also they forgot to censor this report Have some sense guys, this is a red herring through and through. A junior state official could have foreseen this and taken the steps needed to cover it up
Gabriel Baker
How come China hasn’t updated its “recovered” numbers?
Christian Flores
xDDDDDDDD
Based commie from the previous thread strikes again. Bless the CCP! Am I doing it right?
Justin Perez
We are the seething underbelly of the internet. The signal amongst the noise. If they infect us, they infect the rest.

Wouldn't be the first time China let some numbers slip through indirect reports.
Josiah Cooper
Of course, but then it doesnt sound like number out of ass but believable one
Samuel Ortiz
Probably the local government had people's phone subscription shutdown so people wouldn't spread videos. People have other priorities than terminating their phone subscription on their death beds...
Angel Brown
You might be able to find something on their website, or the Alibaba Group. alibabagroup.com/en/ir/earnings But on there it seems there isn't anything recent enough. The latest is December Quarter 2019.
Nathaniel Powell
>family living in a house has 4 phone lines >quarantined indefinitely >they get rid of 2 temporarily because there's no reason to have 4 phone lines when you're stuck in a house That's the real reason. Funny to speculate though.
Jaxson Allen
Man, that turns on my tin foil. >only reports 5G accounts...
Parker Russell
they couldn't hide deaths from the Great Leap Forward despite their best efforts
Eli Hernandez
On the one hand I absolutely agree. Especially considering how many people are apart of their political/intelligence arms.
But then you also have to consider that if this is legit they may be worried about bigger fish. Like disposing of a metric fuck ton of corpses. And also, they're just people, don't underestimate a humans ability to be a fuck up.
Jordan Roberts
literally nobody would do something like that
Elijah Miller
how much less poo is going through their treatment plants? wonder if that info is even publicly available.
David Young
Yeah, but you would expect the numbers to stay relatively the same as youth turn on accounts.
Landon Anderson
OP is not a fag - mods will delete this in 3...2...1...
Noah Scott
>chinks wrong. it's JIDF shilling their "just a flu bro" horseshit
You'd have to go with overall, but you're going to have to consider which industries are there and using that water, how much water is used in businesses daily etc.
Nathan Bennett
You must realize that would not even be close to accounting for the huge number lost right? Sure you can factor that in but there’s no way that’s the entire reason
This is a good find. It would be interesting to see what the population drop is without the virus to compare numbers. I think that china currently loses more people than it creates and if you need to be a certain age to get a phone over there that info would be helpful too. Also information on emigration out of the country would be required. I'm guessing that not all the old people have mobiles too so the number could also be higher as well. Regardless that's an unusually high number of people dropping off for a month. But I wouldn't say we could write all those off as deaths due to the kung flu
Jaxon Brooks
That's not his job. His job is to create the appearance of plausible deniability. You fail to realize how fucking terrible these bastards are.
Carson Taylor
This is very good digging. I’d just keep in mind that regular, unrelated deaths have to be considered. People die of normal shit everyday. You should look up China’s normal death rate in like 2015 or something and take it off any total you come to.
Wyatt Williams
one more, dou you sign agreements with providers for time periods ?
Landon Rogers
What starts here spreads everywhere. We're the chink flu of the internet.
James Fisher
Valid point, would be nice have source releated to that.
Robert Cox
your going to die from your own bio-weapon Chink
Jordan Turner
Thanks for correcting the number. Good work. First thread: >
