1. Cuba fuck up at the Bay of Pigs

4. Johnson wanted him dead
5. Nixon wanted him dead

Johnson and Nixon cut a deal that Johnson would run unopposed by Nixon in 64 and Nixon would run unopposed by Johnson in 68. Both knew nobody else in either party could beat them. They then gave the go ahead to the CIA to pop JFK.

Howard Hunt and Frank Sturgis were key guys on the ground in Dallas. They along with George Bush handled Oswald and had him shoot JFK with a promise to fly him to safety by David Ferrie. They double crossed him, called Ferrie off, and had Jack (((Ruby))) shoot him instead. Clay Shaw/Bertrand, a CIA asser in New Orleans, organized the Ferrie angle.

Fun fact: There were five current or future presidents in Dallas the day JFK was shot: JFK and Johnson (obviously), Nixon (in town for the Pepsi bottlers convention even though he did nothing meaningful at the convention), Bush 41 (as a CIA agent), and Bush 43 (as a little kid).

You needn't take my word for all this. There are truckloads of circumstantial evidence and some direct evidence, especially a deathbed confession by Howard Hunt and the fact that the same CIA guys in Dallas that day were Nixon's Watergate plumbers 10 years later.
