Colloidal silver is pure bullshit. Vitamin D is something that you must take even without a WuFlu walking around, vitamin C may be bullshit, but it's cheap and safe, and zinc is good unless you already have plenty of it in your diet.

Just remember to take these vitamins with some sort of fat. Butter, coconut oil, peanut butter, and egg etc. So many vitamins are fat solvable and will have the greatest effect when paired with a fat.
