Where did you get the chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine? What strength is the cbloroquine? Is it 500 or 250mg? The hydroxychloroquine is 200mg right? And do you have azithromycin?

google Didier Raoult, he gives the posology
You need :
2 tabs now (each tab should have 155mg choloquine eqiuvalent)
2tabs in 12 hours, then 1 tab every 12 hours for 4 more days.
Got that from some Belgium protocol.
You can easily overdose on (hydroxy)chloroquine.
This can lead to permanent blindness, deafness and vital organ damage.
Don't get dosage advice from 4chins.
Hydroxy chloroquine is the less toxic metabolite and it's what the very high ups in the VA are using right now
I have azithromycin. the chloroquine is 500mg. I sourced it from an online pharmacy. the blister pack, print date, and the fact that this drug is very cheap to make makes me doubt it's a scam but that is a possibility. the shipping took about 6 days and they "cover their ass" by having a quick prescription service (which may also be part of the scam) over email.

good job user
Hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine are widely used antimalarial drugs that elicit immunomodulatory effects and are therefore also used to treat autoimmune conditions (eg, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis). Published reports stemming from the COVID-19 Chinese outbreak have evaluated the potential usefulness of these drugs in controlling cytokine release syndrome in critically ill patients. [59, 60]
According to a consensus statement from a multicenter collaboration group in China, chloroquine phosphate 500-mg twice daily in tablet form for 10 days may be considered in patients with COVID-19 pneumonia. [46] Wang et al reported that chloroquine effectively inhibits SARS-CoV-2 in vitro. [47]
The pharmacological activity of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine was tested using SARS-CoV-2–infected Vero cells. Physiologically based pharmacokinetic models (PBPK) were conducted for each drug. Hydroxychloroquine was found to be more potent than chloroquine in vitro. Based on PBPK models, the authors recommend a loading dose of hydroxychloroquine 400 mg PO BID, followed by 200 mg BID for 4 days. [59]
Which online pharmacy, I've used quite a lot of them and could tell you if I've heard of it before
Taking medical advice of all things from Yas Forums is a fucking terrible plan. Faggy jokes aside I would genuinely look to professionals nearby for healthier responses to your problem.
THIS SO MUCH.
user you don't go to Yas Forums for medical advice.

Countries including China, South Korea, and Belgium have added it to COVID-19 treatment guidelines as anecdotal reports have suggested that it might work.

Is this the Kung Flu official drink?
she's already on day 5. does this advice only work if you do it on day 1? or does today become "day 1" according to this schedule here?
Phone your doctor, dumbo
Never heard of that one before but I have to say I've seen more complete online pharmacies than just for one specific disease. If it arrives and works please post something about it
Start at the beginning. The treatment protocol is based on when you start taking tablets, not when you start feeling ill...
Im not a medic - what I say is just what I've read. Make your own mind up. Chloroquine is fairly safe at normal dosages. The protocol given is above normal dosage though, so only use it if you need to.
If she's not getting worse, at day 5 she's likely to get better.
This is from the US pdr it was just updated with these guidelines over night
But keep in mind that is chloroquine phosphate. Use the hydroxy chloroquine first. It is the less toxic metabolite and the data indicates it is more efficacious.
The established guideline from South Korea is 400mg (two 200mg pills) by mouth once every 12 hours on day one. Then 200mg every 12 hours for the next 5 days monitoring condition. Use up to 10 days max.
Also azithromycin 250mg 2 tablets by mouth at same time for day 1, then 1 tablet by mouth every day for the next 4 days.
The following is the us standard but it hasn't been established yet. I'm not a doctor, but this is the recommended dosing for all these drugs. No idea about kale travel I would not use it. Also get yourself an oximeter so you can monitor her o2 saturation and see that her oxygen saturation is going back up over the days. You can get them on amazon for 30 bucks. Good luck user

Oral dosage
Adults
500 mg PO twice daily for 10 days is being evaluated alone and in combination. Limited data suggest that chloroquine may inhibit the exacerbation of pneumonia, improve lung imaging findings, promote virus-negative conversion, and shorten the disease course.

it arrived.
Buy an oxygen concentrator and just start small with the pills and observe the effects it has before you up the dosage.

I purchased an oximeter as well, it's arriving in a few days
hydroxychloroquine+azithromycin=QT interval prolongation
>azithromycin
is anti biotic to stop secondary bactieral infections. Nice to have, but not required.
Azithromycin is more for bacterial. I doubt that will do anything.
Have you heard of onlinetabsstore.com? Good / bad ? Safe?
Besides the drugs
>Boil some water and pour into giant bowl, let cool for minute or two
>Get big towel
>Have her place face over bowl at comfy distance, place towel over her head and bowl
>Goal is to get her to breathe in some steam
>For 30 seconds, instruct her to breathe in deep as she can in a controlled manner, then breathe out in a controlled manner
>Take break
>Repeat for a couple minutes
Routinely do this, damp warm air will massively help to break up the mucuous in her lungs. It will make her Feel much better.
or take a warm shower
Azithromycin takes care of the secondary bacterial infections that are no doubt there because of the virus.
You got the links to this?
>hydroxychloroquine
600mg first day, twice daily
200mg twice daily days 2-10
>chloroquine
500mg a day one dose
10 day treatment usually
>kaletra
dunno
You can, but how many warm showers you gonna take in a day? Can be too much for a very sick person to do.
With my method you can do it repeatedly, daily, to break up mucuous

OP listen to me I am Md Medfag.
Take 600mg of the hydroxychloroquine. Space the pills out to each meal. 200mg each meal. If at any time your gf experiences light streaks in her eyes, nausea that’s really really bad, extreme fatigue quit the pills until she’s ready for another round. Chloroquine is useless. Hydroxychloroquine is the best it will kill the virus completely from her body in 7 days.
The arithromycin these fags are talking about is to prevent the pneumonia stage + also fight it if she enters it. It will kill the bacteria in her lungs. Start with 500mg first day of Azithromycin if you have it. Then lower dose to 200mg.
if her lungs worsen up the dosage slightly.
I made an order with a site that looked similar to this one. it's probably the same owner with a different domain name for SEO. either way, they are still on the way, I did receive a tracking number. I ordered saturday. they do take bitcoins which is nice.
Yes it is and it will take care of the bacterial infections that are likely there as this virus makes your lungs a very opportune place for bacteria to colonize
Yeah, but 30 secs isn't going to do much.
I've got 2m food safe polymer tube. Going to put that in kettle spout and pipe it under the towel. Sit there comfy for a few hours.
*600mg of hydroxychloroquine per day
Its 30 seconds then pause, then more. you can do it as long as youre comfortable with.
Where's that protocol from - much higher than others?

It's ok - different drug, and was in my original post
ok got it. right now she is still taking the tamiflu. can that cause problems here? and should she be taking anything else, like zinc?
the adult dosage for chloroquine was 500 mg once a week to cure malaria
overdosing has some pretty fucked up side effects
seek proper medical advice
That's what I said. Zpak doses. Though in this case up to 7 days if o2 sat is not improving. But 600mg hydroxy chloroquine is a higher dose. I've seen one other person say loading dose 600mg but not 600 every say. You don't know if she's got and press existing conditions either. And it's not true that chloroquine is useless, hydroxy chloroquine is a metabolite after all. But hydroxy achieves better concentrations over time and for longer. Start lower you know that
>Trying to cure a Chinese virus with bootleg Chinese pharmaceuticals.
user I...
Um are you really med fag? Azithro isn't available as 200mg, unless he has reconstituted powder...
the package came from india, pajeet is the scamming one here if anything.
I'll go with what you have in the lower numbers seem more comfortable.
Rule with anything is always start low go slow. Monitor o2 sat every 4 to 6 hours, make sure it's going up. If it's not changing by day 3 call er tell them you've been monitoring her this way tell them what you gave her. You won't get in trouble this is not a normal situation and as you and they know, people are desperate right now and being left to their own devices to care for themselves at home. Give her lots of gatorade, it's your best bet for electrolytes that the hospital would be IVing her with if she was there. Maybe pedialyte. Order gatorade powder from amazon cheap and you get 6 to 9 gallons of gatorade from one cylinder
Just make sure what your taking - either hydroxy or phosphate - the dosage is different. (although the number of tabs might be the same?)
If it come to it, I'm going with the Belgium protocol from my fist post.
I’m only telling you what the trial data said. 600mg for 6 days.
CLhoroquine was not very successful with Italians.
Checking my own digits
Checking my checked digits
And like I said user I am not a doctor but these are the guidelines from the Korean studies and protocols. The French trial used 600mg daily but don't specify if it's 200 every 8 hours or 600 every day all at once. Start low go slow monitor o2 and if she's getting worse increase by 200mg
the hydroxy is 400, the chloroquine is 500. I'm definitely going hydroxy.
BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING READ THIS

Your referring to the French trial yes? Did they clarify if it was 600mg po qd or 200mg po tid? They also had more success in the group that used azithro as well as hcq
>epidemio.wiv-isp.be
I downloaded a copy of this and am checking it out now.
You mean the hydroxy is 200mg per tab right?
Cool story bro.
Also Kaletra doesn't work on Wuflu
fixhiv shipped me 400mg hydroxy tablets. the other pharmacies are sending over 200mg hydroxy tablets, but they have not arrived yet. I imagine they won't be here until monday.
