The issue with this Order isn't that it's a bad idea health-wise, because it is a good idea health-wise, but that it violates a deep part of our law that was created to protect us from tyranny. Negligence with a virus can kill people, so maybe it should be made illegal and punishable. Not allowing people to gather in assembly against a tyrannical government can also kill people, and put people into poverty, and so it's been illegal to make that illegal for a few hundred years in America. It's important to be ready to change as the times change, and it's just as important to know what shouldn't change.
