Why aren't US doctors aggresively treating Chink Flu patients with hydroxychloroquine

and azithromycin?
Are they just disinclined to use old, boring drugs, and are instead waiting for some expensive, patented drug from (((big pharma)))?

it's just symptomatic relief from what I understand, but really if it works out that's good enough for me.

if that includes the symptom of "your lungs getting absolutely fucked to death" I'd definitely be willing to try it.

>what is supply-chain?
>where are my factories?

I fucking hate the bullshit that's going around.

This is my industry. Go blame the government, more specifically the FDA.

You're telling doctors to use a drug as an offlabel, in a way that it's not FDA approved for. We're not allowed to do that without risking our licenses.

No, the French Gandalf doc said it works by increasing extracellular Zn transport, which inhibits viral RNA replication.
It's apparently an effective anti-viral (i.e., reduces the Chink Flu viral load).
You'd think docs would be all over this, especially given the lack of alternative treatments, but instead the reaction seems to be mostly meh.

there are no treatments for viral infections, just symptom relieve, except in very specific cases like Flu and AIDS

>extracellular Zn transport
I meant intracellular .
Damn firefox spellcheck.

Cause it's a fucking meme

its just tonic water my good dudes, you can this shit in any grocery or liquor store. I'm partaking right now.

If this hydrochloroquine works so well why is Italy having so many deaths from Coronavirus? Shouldn't the Italian doctors be trying this new drug if there's a chance it can help?

they are using it right now and have officially recommend it to other countries

Liar. Don't ask how but govt. workers already using it as prophylactic to be able to start treating the sick.

My gin and tonic habit is paying off. I wondered how i tested negative and my office mate was positive... fucker drinks diet sprite.

It is being prescribed in the US at some hospitals

It's available as plaque nil generic but the places the api come from have all banned export. And we have to hear the pharma industry tell us that they can't bring manufacturing back or there might be "bans to other countrys during a pandemic" well here we are we pay for literally everyone's med in the world and we're the ones getting fucked again.

Laughs in medicare.

This is my day job, lmao. The govt hasn't said shit to us olds managers.

You can presribe whatever you want off label, but your ass is grass if there's an issue.

Is the drug working though? If it's working why is Italy getting worse every day?

I'm not being cynical when I say most docs are utter fucking retards. Probably among the most uninspiring, insipid motherfuckers you'll ever find. Forget intellectual curiosity, the majority of them have none. God forbid you have some problem that doesn't neatly fit into their algorithmic decision making.

The PRC is waging information warfare against the GOP and USA in support of DNC given that none of their candidates proved popular. All of this is an effort to restore the treason that was happening at the behest of China under the Obama-Biden administration.

Europeans depend heavily on Russian oil / gas. They do not like Russia having a lot of leverage over them in this way. Poland / Ukraine are the eastern border of Europe as far as Western Europeans are concerned, so they want NATO running a defensive corridor there.

The Middle East primarily sells oil / gas to China. They do not have pipeline access to Europe, and the United States blocks pipeline access to China via Afghanistan (which we occupy, for this exact reason).

In the middle of the Obama regime, they toppled Egypt / Libya, specifically by supporting rebels in eastern Libya. You probably don't know this, but eastern Libya is the highest per capita recruiting grounds for al-Qaeda anywhere in the world. They are the ones who were largely responsible for building IEDs that killed most of our troops in Iraq. Lots and lots of American blood on their hands. These are the people Obama supported against Gaddafi however.

Why? Libyan weapons stockpiles were shipped to Syria. The plan was to overthrow Syria and then Turkey. The intention here was to open a pipeline path from Saudi Arabia to Europe. The easiest way to do this is Jordan / western Iraq > Syria > Turkey > Europe

The fallout of such a pipeline opening up goes like this: Saudi energy becomes cheaper than Russian (easier to extract than Russian, but comparable delivery prices once a pipeline is available from Saudi Arabia to Europe). Europe switches to ME energy. Russia then has to switch to selling to China. Afghanistan is no longer valuable real estate in controlling Chinese energy sovereignty. The West has no controllable territory between Russia and China to cut supplies > China obtains effective energy independence, superpower status

Roommate is a pharmacist. He said it's literally all been bought up. He had three people on it who couldn't get their scripts filled today.

This is higher up in the chain than most let's just leave it at that but they started using it a week ago and there isn't a lot of it. Look up how much it costs to source chloroquine phosphate right now and what the next available api from UK or eu pharmacopoeia is. Hint at least june.

It's not a cure but it shortens the time an individual is infected quite drastically.

>but instead the reaction seems to be mostly meh

It's a drug that was discovered in the 30s. It's not patented and there is no money to make with it.

They are treating the worst cases with it across the country with great results. Source: Dr on Ingraham Angle tonight.

Amazing

Red tape has been removed dipshit.

It's meh because there is 0 profit.
I loathe doctors. There are women doctors, there are black doctors. These people are not thinkers.

If it buys time for the immune system to fight before the lungs go bad. ICU will be under a lot of stress.

They say they are getting rid of regulations. I heard they are talking about letting us work across state lines. Shit’s wild everywhere. I don’t know if you have ever prescribed this shit but it’s a terrible drug. I used to prescribe it for guys going overseas when I was Active Duty. The Army had to “play down” the “side effects” at one point. Murder/suicide is one hell of a “side effect”, much worse than a rash. Fortunately severe psychotic episodes are rare.

Because how then will the big pharma sell you a shitty 10% success rate vaccine, track you with a chip along with all human beings, and raise billions of dollars with huge sticker prices?

Yes... see this

If it buys time for the immune system to fight before the lungs go bad *I'm all for it*

fixed

take hydroxychloroquine
>>go blind

Also would reduce overcrowding in hospitals.

Not a doctor though and from what I've read quinine can have some nasty side effects

Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), sold under the brand name Plaquenil among others, is a medication used for the prevention and treatment of certain types of malaria. Although all risk cannot be excluded it remains a treatment for rheumatic disease during pregnancy. It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the safest and most effective medicines needed in a health system. In 2017, it was the 128th most prescribed medication in the United States with more than five million prescriptions.

Blindness + psychological effects are rare and reversable

This is a flu

Read the page. Overdosing on most medications is dangerous. Also, "Hydroxychloroquine" does not appear on that page. People taking 400 mg of hydroxychloroquine or less per day generally have a negligible risk of macular toxicity.

Hydrocq is a prescribed drug you fuck head

Murder/suicide from psychotic episode isn’t reversible. We saw it in the Army. Rare, thank god.

>superflu brought down by tonic water

Nope, I'm not just talking about foids or blacks. The vast majority of them, in general, are tards. I think there is a minimum IQ to become one, so they're not dumb in the conventional sense, but they lack any kind of inspiration. They excel at memorizing and retaining information, and score highly on conscientiousness, which is reflected in their GPAs. But clever thinking is beyond their grasp. The ones that I find intellectually curious are the ones who focus on research, experimental medicine, or deviate from their specialties into more research based roles.

Their medical knowledge and experience probably tells them not to treat patients with some meme a shizo on pol keeps posting.

are you one of these uninspired shekel grubbing docs? --

Docs use drugs off-label all the time. Hell, look at how much botox was used off label for simple shit. As long as the patient is informed of the risk its all good.

Thats a damn good thing, stops quacks and chiropractors. A buddy of mine pays hundreds a week to get healed by a fucking angel.

It's not. It's a corona virus.

>there isn't a lot of it
false, we got hydroxychloroquine coming out the ass in this country (Plaquenil) and it's easy to synthesize at scale

God does not need your money.

It is you, the human being outside the earth & lizards in the earth, who are the needy.

If there is a god he be making this shit so we can return to him even faster!

They're going with Forsythia.

I thought it hadn't been tested in randomized trials yet, so people didn't fully trust it.

When you fools get heart problems from playing doctor, don't come on here crying about it. Leave the science to the scientists.

Baton rogue general. nice to see some south LA here.

Stay out of the ER for your bullshit. If you get real sick repost at nightshift here, ill make sure you get hydroxychloroquine and avigan.

Lol, this guy who is talking about all the best docs going into research doesnt know his head from his asshole. This is the fucking guy that needs a CT scan to diagnose a ptx. Research is important, but good clinicians are few and far between, and a good clinician that can do good research might as well be a unicorn.
