Firstly, tax brackets aren't separated by race, they're separated by income. There are plenty of PoC that pay more in taxes than they receive in benefits and there are plenty of white people that receive more in benefits than they pay in taxes.

And secondly, not only is that fair, but the majority of people agree with me, which is how morality is determined (by consensus). Your question of fairness is a question of morality and the consensus is that it is fair. You're allowed to have your opinion and vote accordingly, but luckily most people disagree with you so that's not the way things are. But not all races pay the higher tax brackets at the same rate or leech off welfare at the same rate. As I already stated, whites as a whole are net contributors and minorities as a whole are net drains. How is that fair?
