I want to add that you have to wear a mask AND be very cautious of what is around you. You can do everything the CDC says AND wear a mask, and your prevention rate will go up over 75%. You don't stop all of the virus, you stop a lot of it, and that's how you prevent illness. If you MUST be near people, you MUST prevent illness, and you can't do it by holding your breath while covering your face with your arms, you can do it by wearing a mask, keeping distance, and NOT TOUCHING YOUR FACE AFTER MASKING IT.
