Not denying that this happens here and there, but overall the situation has really calmed down outside of Wuhan. Apple stores reopened there, Wallstreet investors dump their money into China's market, freight harbours work on their backlogs etc. and western vloggers are showing that people are going out to public spaces again.
Sure, it isnt pre-corona levels of activity, but they are getting there.

that means that 30k died,
they have a population of 1.5 billion,
that's 5 times the pop of the USA,
so if we lose 6000 people it will be proportionally correct,
6000 isn't a lot.
