That's not how this works. Many hospitals outsource through LabCorp. He could have done the swab with his primary care doctor and the hospital processed it through LabCorp.

Lab Corp is one of the most if not the most reliable testing companies in the United States. If you apply for a government job or take a physical your shits more than likely going to end up in labcorps massive supply chain.
