70% of people living in London never grew up here, and just came here for financial reasons. Their true homes are up in the Midlands / North England, Poland, Spain, Africa, China etc. They do not consider London their home and would never choose to suffer for it. This mentality is a big part of why the UK has degraded so far, dilution of standards from not having a history the Country, but also this temporary status of "I don't care about X because I'm only here to make money and go home". This would be fine if they fuck off, but they stay for decades grinding the Capital and the country till nothing is left. Same goes for the MPs in fact they are because they normally have a London and a Constituency house. So they often take their shitty London mentality back to their Constituency where it makes things shit.
