Most lease/rent contracts have clauses that protect both the tenant and the landlord in case of 'extraordinary circumstances'.
So, my tenants are in their legal power to delay rent for a month because of this mess we're in.
Just as I am within my legal right to increase rent if the goverment enacts new housing and property taxes, etc etc.
