dont know about you, since i dont live in a kiked big city, but all 3 landlords ive had have been extremely cool people, and let me fix problems that arose quickly for a discount on rent instead of having to call some pro out to do it a week or two later. since i "charged" them hourly for my time + parts in a way i profited off of them, and we all got along.

How come tenants don't understand that property costs money? Landlords didn't land these properties for free. Many of them don't just "get" free money and sit around. I am a landlord myself with 4 properties, in times like this one must make exceptions. All of my tenants are good hardworking people. If some of them can't pay fully then we can make some kind of agreement or i can lower the rent.

I already told my renters that they don't have to worry about April's rent, we'll see how long it lasts. Someone has to pay for it eventually, though, I bought the property on mortgage, and the rent I charge covers the mortgage and repairs if necessary, I make like a $50 a month profit all said and done. I'm footing the bill for April's mortgages payment basically.

I don't get how people think evictions should be banned. You have to miss 2 or 3 rent payments in order to be evicted and they give you 30 days to be out in court. If you are behind 120 days then it was your fault, not the fucking virus.
