I have it. Pretty mild case and I'm on home quarantine. Basically feel pretty normal most the time until you get a real deep coughing fit and my kidneys hurt. Then back to normal. Trying to exercise makes me feel like an geriatric overweight asthmatic though. Heartrate shoots through the roof and it feels like you can't get enough air.

How many other cases of kung flu do you guys have down there? I'm up in Washington and as far as i know there are 14 possible cases at the shipyard up here.

The test started as a throat swab and the usually blood draw (regular hospital corpsman shit), they thought I had strep. Test came back positive for a coronavirus. Just so happened to be COVID-19. And yes, the whole process of a military hospital is super sketchy. If you break a limb the joke is they'll tell you to change your socks and send you away with Motrin.

I’m in Jersey. Lungs have been totally fucking hosed. Went to urgent care, but they’re not testing. They gave me a generic diagnosis and I’ve been huffing one albuterol. Could be unrelated, but idk. Friend of mine, her husband is in the hospital for pneumonia and sepsis. Flu season is one thing, but I’ve never been this sick, and I’ve never seen other people get so sick. Started for me as a sore throat and a dry cough. I got a bit of a blood taste in my mouth. Then it got mildly difficult to breathe. Rather like having pneumonia.
As of right now the dry cough does make breathing uncomfortable, but it's very similar to the flu. Doc says I have a fever of 101.3 and rising. If anything does hurt me it'd be that but I'm brain damaged enough to have joined the military.

Luckily I always keep surplus in the cupboard just in case, but the plebs' hoarding behavior is starting to get irritating. Chances are, if you're young and healthy you'll be fine. Remember to do deep breath exercises to try and retain lung capacity and light exercise. It'll make you feel fucking terrible for a couple hours but you'll feel better the rest of the day after you do.
