She basically wasn't happy and started fucking around, which I didn't know about until last year. at that point, I just said this is enough. Final papers went through on Monday. Yet, I'm feeling spiritually gutted. Any suggestions on how to get my life back on track after this? She got the house and her and her mother wanted half of my investment properties (a coule of duplexes we rented out and a bay shop). I had probably $2 million in rental properties after 20 years, and they got about half of it. Kids are in high school, and get about $500 a month, but she's told me she expects more and will file for increased maintenace. I'm a contractor, and won't say which state we're in, but I"m busy enough. Money is good. But, rather than giving that bitch any more of my money, I'm thinking about putting all of my shit in storage and fucking off and going to stay with a buddy living in Tokyo.
