List of non-meme foods to survive the end of times

Ok guys, I just heard people are hoarding to the markets to lick it clean. Can I have a concise list of actual food that will maintain a family of 3 until july?

Bat tarts

Beans in a tin, lots and lots of beans in a tin. you get the black beans, you get the brown beans, you get the GREEN BEANS! you get the white beans, you get all the beans. Than you get a 50kg sack of rice. Eat this with your beans. . . ALL! THE BEANS FFS!

When I think about Brazil, I think very brown and very crowded, but the Wikipedia tells me their population density is actually lower than the USA.

that's because their country is like 99% amazon rainforest and 1% favela hell on earth

most food shops, restaurants and food stores in chinatown are full to capacity...why

>their country is like 99% amazon rainforest
NOT anymoar...moar like 75%

Thanks, fellow dutchman

5 gallon buckets of rice, beans, quinoa, oatmeal, etc. Staples bought in bulk.

Guys please stay on topic

This user speaks wisely.
How are those king oscar mackerals?

Get yourself a big bag of red lentils
Lots of protein, cheap, you could survive a whole month and more on that 10kg bag alone

youre not the boss of me...

Think of the little orphan kids

>Canned and dried beans
>rice, preferably large bags 10-50 pounds, box rice is ok too (lots of boxes)
>Sardines. Lots of deenz. Other canned fish too
>pasta
>ramen is ok too to fill up but dont rely on it for nutrition.
>peanut butter
>nuts in general
>jams
>fruit preserves
>preserves of whatever you eat in Brazil, for example im Polish so I stocked up on pickles
>crackers
>dried/instant milk
>coconut water
>gatorade and energy drinks
>dried spices and seasonings
>frozen veggies, canned veggies
>chocolate
>dried fruit/trial mix
>coffee, tea, obviously have a water source/stockpile
>alcohol, for drinking and sanitizing

DONT forget to do whatever regular groceries you would do for the following week or two. You don't want to immediately begin depleting your non perishable food supply. Try to hold off on eating the listed items until everything else is eaten. I boxed up my supply and stowed it away in a spare bedroom.

If you were serious, why in the fuck would you ask here?

Becuase pol is happening central.

>barely any king oscar

what are you some kinda poorfag?

That's what I'm fucking talking about. Rushing to the market now, thanks!

You should of course get a lot of staples, and canned food of many varieties, so you can eat and not be deficient or be too bored with it. The amount you want is just mouths * 2000kcal/day * number of days you want to survive on it.

Dont underestimate the amount you need. Use excel to calculate stuff.

Oats, flours, sugar, salt, oil, canned tomatoes, dried beans of all the varieties you can get, pastas, canned vegetables, canned meats and fish, spices and broths. Chili goes a long way to make boring-tasting carbohydrates taste of something. Get lots of oil.

If you look at a package of something, like 2kg bag of oats, you can consider it in terms of survival-days. 2kg of oats is equivalent to 3.5 survivaldays.

Unironically the best place to serious matters

Sponge pudding in cans. These will be worth their weight in gold soon.

Beans, pickles, nuts, rice, tats and onions if you have a cellar, dried meat, canned anything, flour, waxed cheese.

>MFW I've looked out the 2nd floor office view of a grocery store and seen this view
Also saw it when I got to ride up on a pallet jack one time to do some work on top of the freezer section. This photo is 20s nostalgia for me.

BUT I digress now to your question. I suggest a website I use for my meals called Budget Bytes (you can search it yourself). It's great for recipes on a budget and most of her stuff can be adjusted depending on what's available.

I made budgetbytes.com/chili-cheese-beef-n-mac/ this week and my Kroger ddin't have ground beef BUT you can swap in any other ground meat. I -almost- bought ground lamb but found some ground chorizo instead. I tossed in some pinto beans and used some ancho chili powder instead of extra chili powder and it turned out great.

Best of luck my Brazil bro, and say hi to my cousin down in Salvador (don't).

The poor man's MRE. Comes in about 10 styles.

Perfect. Thank you.

All the beans except the ones that matter - BAKED BEANS.

Why do bongs get the best canned stuff from heinz but we get NONE OF IT in the US? Those look good. You bongs also have those red heinz beans that are served with breakfast. I want to try those.

Penut butter is a good one too

B L E S S E D

I have been looking for them. I have everything to survive. I'm a prepper anyway. I don't have pudding. Gutted.

Don't forget: bat tarts

Same desu

In relation to the last paragraph, don't forget to buy a little extra of things you're fond of, whatever it is.Things you may miss after an extended quarantine/shortage. And if you think you're not gonna use a whole package of meat or fruits or veggies, you can always freeze it. Dont let things go to waste now.

Peanuts (as they are cheap) or any nuts really are good. Guess tinned fish as well if fresh meat is hard to come by. Rather have tinned fish than meat. Love spam but we all know it's full of crap.

Yup spices are important, they can make boring shit have a variety of tastes.
They can also upgrade shitty basic canned meals.

Get bouillon cubes for soup and orzo pasta or mini pasta shapes. Morons who can’t cook stock up on soups bouillon cubes last for a long time, cheap AF, easy to store.
Dried lentils, huge bag of rice, tomato paste, canned tomatoes, frozen fruits, frozen meats, lots of options

Again, 90pct of Americans can’t cook for shit so if you can cook, everything you need is still available .

If you can’t, sorry, all frozen pizzas are gone

Because Americans don't like spotted dick they just like BIG BLACK DICK.

Wtf I thought Brazil would be in your image. Thanks for the suggestions, fren. I will diligently not say hi to your cousin!

What are the odds shtf so badly energy will be cut?

>3.5 survivaldays.
for a single person, of course.

I also stock lemon-juice that come in little bottles, to avoid scurvy, but I might just be paranoid.

Imagine the smell

No problem :)
FUCK I FORGOT
Oil! Get oils and fats! Olive oil, coconut oil, vegetable and corn oil, the latter two not being the healthiest but still useful. Get a big one gallon can if available.
I got vinegar and concentrated lemon juice too, big bottles.

Nothing cause you dont need food where we are going

Spam is good because it has heaps of fat and high calorie foods like penut butter and canned corned beef are excellent survival foods

Excellent, I hardly talk to her myself and I don't want strangers roaming through city of hundreds of thousands of people to find her and freak her out. I'd suggest checking out this recently posted article she did about emergency prep meals:

budgetbytes.com/pantry-recipes/

it's all about keeping your basic pantry staples (rice, beans, canned tomatoes, broth, spices, etc). Perishable stuff can always be adjusted based on what's available.

A source of meat that doesn't need refrigeration if your fridge is full and not completely disgusting like deenz.

Attached: 61oIDQxqFFL._SX679_.jpg (679x407, 21.54K)

These ones are easy to find but they're shit tier in comparison.

Attached: p-58eb4ebb970e740e41a8c19f.jpg (700x700, 32.45K)

We don't have that in the US. How are they? The flavors look interesting, minus the spotted dick.

Raider meat can be a little tough, but it'll keep you going.

I wouldn't fuck your wife with that sausage let alone make her eat it.

Kek that's what dogfood looks like here.

Steamed cat

I survived 3+ years of war in Bosnia, as a child.
Most of my diet was pasta and rice. It can be stored forever, and you boil it for 10 mins max and is ready to eat. Also, soup cubes - bouyon .. One cube, water, and you had breakfast.
My strongest craving was for chocolate bar and spam can (canned meat), that was most probably last thing I ate before endless rice and macaroni .
The best stack food is cigarettes and whiskey. You can trade it for anything. For pack of cigs you can get 3 days worth of food, and bottle of booze can buy you a week.

If I would ever prepare Armageddon supplies basement, it would be vine, whiskey in wooden barrels , and cheese (like Cheddar).. The older it is, it costs more. In case of no apocalypse, you can sell cheese and vine/whiskey in barrels 10 years later at a bigger price than you bought it, in case of end of days, you will survive on vine and cheese instead of cans and rice. And you can alwasys trade with other people your whiskey, cheese, smoked ham for anything you wish.

Stock up on spices

Delicious. You can boil the cans too if you're innawoods and don't have a microwave. I like mine with chocolate custard. Yes I fat cunt.

>deenz internet defense force

Kek.

Bat soup

Good list. Especially things like spices, sauces and chicken stock. You can have pounds of beans and rice, but it won't taste good with seasoning.

i dont like kids or dogs...both shit and eat up everything without contribution one red penny

nigger thats like 30 cans of KO mackerel and 20 tins of med style

just awful

Eating just cheese would be horrendous. I would rather eat rice and beans.

Im not sure desu. Unlikely. In my region of the US, most of our energy is nuclear, so I imagine those will be kept operational through hell and high water.
If SHTF, food shortages will happen long before power plants shut down. But for that reason, try to focus your rations on dried/canned goods.

Ill honestly turn to banditry before I eat those. They're awful. Some people seem to like them, but not me. Its slop.

Fuck off Cheng, Li and Wuan

Dry rice
Dry beans
Dries split peas
Dry corn
Canned fish
Canned meat
Flour
Cornmeal
Coffee
Tea
Boullion, chili seasoning
If power stays on and refrigerator is still running, eggs, cheese, bacon, milk

Are the infamous bean boy?

BUY AND EAT ALL THE DOGFOOD

geez you're dumb. There are states with "deserts", states with rainforests, there are hills and plains, beaches and dunes. Up north there's more browns, blacks and natives, down south there are more whites.

Without seasoning, I meant.

Anything you can buy in bulk and store at room temperature. Like Rice, Pasta, and tinned foods.

>BAKED BEANS
You mean white beans in tomatosauce?
>What are the odds shtf so badly energy will be cut?

Depends on where you live. I dont think any country will run out of coal - we have about 150 years more of that, afaik. But if your powercables are up in the air, and you live in a village, idek.

(Why do americans not bury their powercables? sheesh).

You can also make vinegar from water and sugar in a pinch. Its like making kombucha, but without the tea. Afaik.

>My strongest craving was for chocolate bar and spam can
You must have had iron deficiency.

>Good list. Especially things like spices, sauces and chicken stock. You can have pounds of beans and rice, but it won't taste good with seasoning.
This.

...

Honestly you people laugh at toilet paper hoarders, but you really dont have enough toilet paper yourselves. The average american uses 6 rolls per day. If you have a family of 20, that's 840 rolls a week. Over 3300 a month. TP rolls will be worth their weight in gold in a few months, because everyone needs it.

>eating just cheese
Wouldn't be able to shit either.

Do you like yourself?

Sopa de macaco > Sopa de Morcego.

Attached: D5kdyWdW0AI1Pn6.png (712x534, 342.29K)

Yeah spices are very important.
Also honey. Honey is good for you and lasts indefinately. It can be eaten on its own or mixed with a ton of recipes.
Expensive though.

>flour
Only if you know what you're doing. If you can't bake then don't buy 50 lbs of flour. Remember, you need things like yeast and eggs to make bread. Not just flour.

i just went today to a few places. bread gone. frozen veg gone. frozen pizzas gone. perogies gone. coffee gone. milk gone. pasta sauce gone. crackers gone. of course toilet paper and kleenex gone.

>Remember, you need things like yeast and eggs to make bread. Not just flour.
You can make bread with flour and water. If you make a sour-dough (equal parts water and flour, 3-4 days, google it) you can make bread just fine.

Do you like how you taste?

I figured since the commies kept water and power on in Wuhun that that wasn’t a huge risk.
