Q has always been real, the question was and still is if Q is a pied piper operation of if things will really happen as we're told.
right now it looks like things are actually happening as we're told.
The fear was and still is that if Q is a pied piper the is suppressing the masses that would normally rebel in a situation like this where everyone is quarantined over a virus with a less than 1% fatality rate.
I doesn't appear to be happening but there is a chance that this is actually a stage and we're all going to get globalized and moved into noahide laws. 7 laws for the jews and 1,000's of laws for the non jews that all result in beheading if broken.
