Been noticing many changes myself. Reading your posts, much the same for me. The main point of intrigue for me is the voracious hunger. Been fit for the past two years, intermittent fasting and hard fasting, managed my hunger very easily, but the past three weeks my body is craving food nonstop.

Not only that, sleep issues, waking up at 6 for no reason despite the fact I'm not a morning person, strength is fine but energy levels feel depleted, tonitis seems to set in much more frequently, not seeing flashes but get a feeling of something being there much more often than usual.

Everything has gotten kind of strange.
