Demands not meeting supply

I work for winco foods. Our shipments can’t keep up with demands. Bottled water is gone within an hour in Portland, Oregon. What does your community look like?

My WinCo innamountains was fine until this weekend. White boomers collectively lost their minds and transformed into feral nigger savages overnight. I went over there today because I needed a bag of flour, the line was wrapped clear around the store and it looked like a pack of nogs had been let loose inside. I decided I wasn't about to spend 3 hours in line to check out for some flour so I walked to the gas station next door and paid the extra $.50 to buy it from there.

Why bottled water? They afraid the tap will run out lmao

East TN. We’re out of some stuff like pasta, rice, cans, water, meat, and TP but other than that it’s fine. No long lines or anything but then again I shop as late as possible. Also the grocery stores are shutting down early every day to restock.

You on 82nd Winco?

>niggers would line up

Its fear, people are going crazy and stockpiling for the next 6 months

>White boomers collectively lost their minds and transformed into feral nigger savages overnight
haha accurate description

why aren't they putting item limits? what are these retarded companies doing

Nice, Sunkist and RC are untouched.

Probably letting people panic so they can drive up prices

No, I'm afraid that the people who run the water treatment plants will inevitably get sick, meaning either their output or standards will drop, or there will be maintenance that goes undone or underdone, etc. Whenever I see people say things like that or "are you going to eat all that toilet paper?" it makes me think they think the item just magically shows up in their taps or on shelves and they don't consider how it actually gets there.

Southern oregon fag here
just got laid off, college interview cancelled and interview for dream job cancelled. Just drank half a bottle of whiskey and tomorrow I'm going to get 2 Desiel cans and more ammo, food and weed. Holy fuck I want to start the raiding already.

Isn’t oregon pretty armed?

Not eugene, portland or other liberal garbage towns glownigger.

Some things are worse than death. RC is one of them.

Yeah because that works.

put up water traps outside if you can

Rural america is doing fine, no shortages at all. This crap is just happening in big blue liberal cities full of panicked millennials with daddy's credit card in hand.

I need to fast anyway, it will be good for me

Maybe not in eugene but every small town a half hour outside is gonna bee strapped to cap, they dont call it springtucky for nothin

Is this one of the WinCos within city limits? I’m out in Hillsboro and ours has been busy but not emptied out like this. Then again I haven’t gone to the store still last week.

RC is kino. Sunkist is for niggers.

Unused to work at the WinCo in Longview WA for a long time and am in contact with my buddies there. Their dry load went from like 2000 to 5600 to 12000 each day. The warehouse told them they are 155 trucks behind. They didn't get anything delivered until 2 am and it was the dairy load from the day before and a little produce. Finally more at noon of dry.

I’ve been telling people things like this for months. Have learned most people don’t have the ability to comprehend the intricacies of our system.
Our whole society is held up by a shoestring. Corona is a pair of open scissors moving slowly over the string.

I don't even want to go out anymore in NJ since we have like 3 deaths and 200 cases.... LOL

but I should go early to the store to get some more stuff... fucking hell

That's much better then my small town there are almost no canned items all that was left was black eyed peas and clam chowder fortunately both of those are delicious so I didn't mind.
Expect boomers to boom and end up buying years worth of food they'll never eat.

The sickness isn't even a problem. The workers will be out 2-3 days tops. No issues. The real problem is monetary inflation by the Fed.

I saw some dude stocking up on store brand Dr. Pepper at Walmart. He had like 6 2 liters. Plenty of water on the shelves.

Ya, it looks just like this, I live in Sherwood.

where im at in texas it's pretty tame. it was kinda crazy last week but things have settled down a bit. we still sell out of hand sanitizer but that's about it. we sell out of some TP but there has been some available for the most part.

I live in Portland too. I haven't been to Fred Myers in a few days, and I dont plan to. When I was there everything was either empty or half empty.

If this is happening all over the country where in the fuck is the produce coming from?
If that ONE store is 155 trucks behind and the store across the street is a 100 behind..does the problem not just snowball?
I’ve been telling everyone that the lynchpin of our society is trucks. As long as they keep rolling, we might be able to get through this shit mess.
God help us if there is even a fraction of a disruption.

Based Vancouver WA user here too.
Winco has been stripped barer than Biden Jr's hooker.

The 155 is the warehouse which supplies the whole region.

Poland here. People panicked and hoarded shit on friday & saturday, all is fine now. The giant distribution centers are full of stuff.
I know USA is different, lots of rural areas & shit, but panic is the worse advisor.
In here people ware pointing fingers and laughing at people who hoarded carts of tp and food.
On the other hand, it's good for the economy.

Anyway, good luck chaps.

TP, paper towels, and bottled water long gone. Plenty of produce though! :D

I've mostly dropped soda but I always thought Sunkist was garbage. Literally more thirsty after drinking it than before.

From the Winco in Stockton, CA on the 13th.

It's probably worse now.

Sacramento here, wincos no longer 24/7 anymore so they can stock the stores at night. They had a limit on bottled water, TP, and a few other items. They are restricting occupancy in the store, only allowing so many in at once. Before they opened there was already a line of more than 125 people, their occupancy limit at least according to the employees at the door I talked too while waiting to get in. I took a few pictures if anyone is interested.

Set limits per customer.

How do I reach these kids?

Fuck off, faggot. This is an accelerationist board. The Kali Yuga ends soon.

>my nigga
Same feels north 800kms

>I know USA is different, lots of rural areas

rural areas are fine, its city fags that are the problem, they are about to start stripping the bark of the trees in Portland.

I see. But still. Issue still applies. I’m sure other regions have a similar problem.
Surreal to see all this happen. I live in a town of 14k people. 3 grocery stores, most everything being sold out before noon for the past 3 days.

It’s happening in rural areas too. But not near as bad. But you’re right. Shit might get very real this week.

Never heard of your hipster faggot store.

"kino" is for niggers

You don't understand. I worry not about kill-the-eldery virus, because I have much greater fears at heart. Like white genocide or end of western civilisation.
Coronavirus is meh-level threat compared to that.

Jesus.

I have lived in oregon almost my whole life and have never heard it called springtucky, it used to be called "where I get my drugs" before legalized weed and darkweb shopping

Thats my winco i go to...they started closing at midnight. I probably pass u all the time on 82nd lol

Safeway in Corvallis, Oregon is full stocked

Way more people have it than 200 so the death rate wont end up being that high in NJ. I was checking expedia daily in late January inro February for flights from Wuhan to Newark and there were many flights every single day.
And don't fucking go to the store in the morning you selfish prick. I'm sick of having 100+ people outside my store at 9am

I'm in Portland, I drink the tapwater. Bottled water is so fucking wasteful ffs. Fuel, plastic trash...we have water treatment systems for a reason, take advantage of it!

It literally does.

the fact that demands cant be meet even the slightest amount of actual happening panic should be NO surprise
For the longest time people have wasted a large % of the food they buy, because they eat out so much. If people are eating out less, and suddenly buy more food, it instantly would create a huge shift in the demand. When you consider actual "stocking up" incentives from the REST of the population on top of it, there's no reason to expect the rapid consumption of most food stuffs from the shelves to end until there's a semblance of normalcy demonstrated on the rest of the virus + world front

nigger we need food. I do feel bad grocery workers are now on the front lines...

Corvallis has so many chinese that I think everyone there is doomed...

Aaaand ill probably be working there as well considering i just lost my job.
"Im sorry and i know its hard but we all have to make sacrifices" says my liberal governor that lives in a mansion behind gated walls.

Ok boomer cool

I live 20 miles out from Portland, our grocery stores are low on supplies but they still have meat, eggs, water and all the stuff you need to live, I bought 2 briskets, 3 slabs of ribs, 6 lbs of ground beef, 20 chicken thigh's, 10 chick breast, and 6 2lb cans of chili, oh ya and 500rnds of 5.56 sitting super comfy right now. just going to sit back with my dog and girlfriend and watch the show.

>imagine being a vegan or having some gay virtue signaling diet right now.

More like Stocktoff.

>carlos.jpg

North or south?

>Safeway in Corvallis, Oregon is full stocked
see! city fags panicking, we'll be fine.
