My assumption is you grew up between poor and middle class and now work a dead end job. You didn't finish college and have no idea what to do with your life. This already exists. It's called capital gains tax and it's essentially a tax on the poor and middle class. Why? Because the truly wealthy have the accountants and lawyers necessary to find a million different loop holes around it. I agree with a majority of your post, my idea is flawed, which is why I posted here asking for suggestions on how to make the system at least feasible in any capacity.

Personally speaking and admittedly with bias, the money should be funneled into education. Unfortunately we dont currently live in a world where you can go to college without submitting to the chains of debt or having your parents pay everything for you. Even scholarships are few and far between, and given that most blue collar jobs will be fazed out with the power of automation, a solution is going to have to be found to prevent whoever owns all the robots from owning the god damn planet. Yas Forums keeps talking about the loss of independant thought but has given no solutions outside of hang the jews for interfereing with our society.
