I had Jollibee in 1999. I was a kid so I didn't have refined tastes but their burgers were pretty unique and I'd like to try one again. flip food is fuckin disgusting and I survived on mostly mangos and soda while there.

They eat pork fat, skin, and other cheap parts of the meat. (Legs feet etc). They very rarely eat the good cuts. The good pieces are likely sold to other countries. Also, everything has tons of sugar or salt. (Sometimes both like adobo). Imagine eating pork so sweet it tastes like candy

I like pork but besides fish it's basically all they eat. they don't really prep the fish so you gotta clean it as your eating and same goes for the pork. seeing hair on your pork is gross. stop being gross flips.

I'm not a filipino but I did invest in jollibee when they started opening up American stores. Wasn't sure how people would like it but I figured it would go over well. We'll see what happens after markets stabilize. The financials of jollibee don't look to great

It's not really filipino food. The owner/founder is half Chinese and while the dishes are filipino inspired and it's a filipino company it's far from what typical filipino food is. That's why it actually tastes good.
