As a reminder:
> Team Lockdown: the government decreeted that general population must stay at home, you can shop for food, meds, cigs and that's all. Travel / border restrictions doesn't count.
> Team Fence : the government hasn't decided yet, thus it's 'on the fence', this group also include those countries which left single states / regions to decide on their own or have a mixed approach, meaning the population can still go to cafes or gather outside.
> Team Sparta: the government decided for god / natural law to sort things out, this group also include the 'optimistic' countries, meaning the population will keep going as usual or with some restrictions, but still won't be told to stay home.
