I know someone who’s family member tested positive, apparently this thing has a huge spectrum. The nhs worker said they estimate around 10k people just in my area have or had it already and barely even noticed.
For example Mikel arteta said he would have just carried on working as normal as it was so mild, he is symptom free after 3 days.
I think this explains the lack of ‘happening’ videos, people self isolating think they don’t have it or just have a mild case. People who are fucked are in the hospitals already, there is no in between.

You do realise that they are only testing people in hospital with serious symptoms now, right?

With regards to the wider population there is no testing, and in fact the NHS advice is if you are showing certain symptoms to NOT go to the doctor, hospital, or pharmacy and instead isolate yourself for a week.

Thus those numbers are completely meaningless with regards to how this disease is actually progressing.
