In south Italy the outbreak isn't that bad so we have more freedom here, including being able to go out for groceries even though stores will only allow 10 people in at a time. However as you said the weather is starting to get nice here making the quarantine a pain in the ass to endure.

I'm not sure how helpful the sun is, but shutting people in their homes for weeks or months is disaster waiting to happen.
