First of all they're calling is a "cure" which makes it hard to take seriously since they can't even use the proper terminology.

Second there's no information in the article on how fast the people recovered. Just become you give someone a treatment and they recover doesn't mean the treatment caused the recovery. People already recover from the virus without treatment. Also, given that they said: "given to some of the first people to test positive for COVID-19 in Australia," yeah, it's likely they would have recovered in that time-span without this treatment.

Third there's no data indicating that this treatment decreases the probability of death.

All that in mind, I wouldn't get your hopes up, and I also wouldn't give these people money for something that's likely to be nothing.
