Reagan easily takes the cake as the worst president from a bipartisan stand point.
Whereas other presidents like Hoover or Wilson did something majorly to fuck up only either Liberalism or Conservatism, Reagan was far more efficient as his negative policies from both a liberal and conservative policies are still in effect to this day like Reaganomics or the ever increasing divorce.
