What are your thoughts on America's urbanism?

There's no denial that America is a great country, but the drawback to America's greatness would be its cities.
We often see people here shitting on how trash the urbanization is, but what some perceive as bad, some others perceive as good.
How do you personally see America's urbanism? What would you change? How would you compare it to Europe and even South America's? Are the politicians to blame?

This might sound retarded, but again, I'm not American... Don't you think the inner-city (I know lots of people shit on it), where the older houses were organically built, where there's lots of trees, and houses don't look all the same, is way more interesting than the soulless suburbs?
And probably the most negative aspect I see is the death of family business, people don't live near shops, stores and so on like here in Europe and even South America. You get everything done at the big corporations, those huge mall strips.
But yea, can get the "getting away from niggers".

I'd prefer an apartment where everything is 5 minutes walk away. America would probably be less fat if we didn't have to drive from the suburbs, but the nigs and homeless make that hard here.

Suburbs look fine except for the lack of privacy and how far away the are from the city. I wouldn't drive 15-30 minutes for a beer or shopping or whatever. For me, it's city apartment + rural house for vacation only. That's peak comfy.

It's obviously better than the communist blocks in Eastern Europe, but not by much.
The same concept was adopted by American suburbia, only difference is that instead of buildings they are building houses. Of course the houses are better, but you get what I mean.

As someone who lived there, no. The old houses are shit, theyve been neglected since the 40s and only niggers live there for a reason. Theyre small, they were built before air conditioning and heat existed so they are inefficient which means it takes an enormous amount of money to heat and cool them. They may also need those systems to be retrofitted which can cost more than the house is worth. I liked the goth aesthetic of those 1800s inner city mansions but the running costs were high as fuck and i lived a block away from ghetto niggers which is unavoidable regardless of the city no matter how white it is because thats where the niggers reside even if its a small population, all of them are there.

What do you mean by lack of privacy?
How does that differ from an apartment, which I feel like you lose way more privacy over a suburban house?

Your neighbors can all see what youre doing, its better than an apartment but still it isnt 100% private

Apartments don't have to be small either, for 500k you can get a lot of floorspace outside of city centers, of course there are no aparments outside of city centers in america. 500k buys you like 3000 sq ft of apartment in Portugal and don't tell me Mexican labour can build them cheaper over there.

To me the only way to escape the loss of privacy is going 100% rural.
Are you allowed to put up fences and walls in the backyard and in between the houses like in Mexico and Eastern Europe or there's some sort of legislation that goes against that?
And are houses in inner-city built more far apart or roughly same distance from eact other?

Each house gets 2 parking spaces in front so no garage. Density is over 10000 people per sq km. Massive gains from utilities being packed together. Stone roads optional but much better looking.

Its not, most people keep to themselves. Unfortunately HOA faggots have a lot of restrictions on what you can do which sucks but generally you can install a privacy fence. Our inner city houses are generally very close together, yes. They have decent sized back yards with detached garages though which is nice. If the homes were in better shape and there were no niggers i might go back

I don't see how owning such a big house (assuming you live by yourself) is a smart thing to do.
Sure, back in the day when people had lots of shit to keep themselves entertained, that's understandable, but nowadays people spend the vast majority of their time on electronic devices and don't make full use of their space.
Combine that with lower fertility rates, big houses are overrated and end up becoming a burden, in my humble opinion.

In rural areas yes but only if we talk about some chalet in the middle of nowhere or a very small urbanization. Small towns are different tho. But I'm sure you can in all cases.

Suburbs are the worst of both worlds. Don't have the land to grow your own food and be close to nature, but still have to drive several miles to get anywhere. And the ones built since WW2 are soulless as fuck with nothing but lawns and McMansoins. They are peak burgerpunk.

Chicagoan here. I can honestly say that in the 80s and early 90s the city was great. The niggers knew to stay in their shitty neighborhoods or there would be severe consequences. Look up Jon Burge for an idea of how Chicago cops dealt with niggers during that time span. That type of policing was the standard norm in most all surrounding suburbs as well. It was safe, clean and there were tons of events that were honestly fun as fuck. Long story short urban life without niggers and illegal spics running wild is actually quite nice. And we all know (((they))) are to blame.
