Guys I just made my 1st batch of liposomal vitamin C following online guidelines at a vitamin C forum. It's cheaper than the LivOn stuff, and supposedly just as if not more effective. This formulation creates 900 ml of liposomal vitamin c and contains 12% alcohol which I'm not a big fan of as I am a non-drinker, but I only have to consume 50 ml a day which will give me 10grams of vitamin C per day. 10 grams is what Dr Chen recommends for COVID-19 prevention.
