I started to follow up on what kind of SARS-related virus was infecting Wuhan. I initially thought it was nothing, until China started locking down the province of Hubei.
Then /cvg/ threads started going (with no numbers), and hazmat OC was starting to expand.
Most anons thought it would be just some ebola-tier happening, but it turned out to be something even bigger.

Been on /cvg/ since January 29th after I decided to hit up Yas Forums to find out about this whole coronavirus thing, as anyone who knows how censored mass media is would do. Once I saw the videos of people dying in the street, CCP members in hazmat suits entering apartment blocks with guns, hospital floors covered in full body bags, and chinese medical staff breaking under the pressure, I knew a global happening was upon us. I thought Wuhan would seed the rest of the world more heavily, and I thought we'd implement city-wide quarantines like in Wuhan as soon as there were substantial cases here. So, other than things going slower than I expected and the US handling things about as incompetently as possible, it's all playing out exactly as I expected.
