I had similar symptoms about 6 weeks a go. A very bad dry cough, which I almost never get. I usually get a wet cough. I didn't take my temperature but I had really weird dreams and sleeps that felt like they were never gonna end (which I often get when I have a fever), cold sweats at night and my body ached like I worked out at the gym a little too hard.
