Sounds like this just happened and the family is already litigating. Officer suspended. Authorities from outside the jurisdiction are investigating. The lawyer for the family has said they're gonna get the bodycam footage released. Which means, if they're telling the truth and he was shot in his sleep the suspended officer will probably be charged with manslaughter.

This sucks but justice so far seems to be running its course.

What's more stupid than a baby being flashbanged is the courts are disputing the evidence for the warrant and not the fact that there are zero advantages and extreme dangers to occupants and police in a no-knock raid.
